Fungus inside a lens - this is what it looks like
| This is the rear element of a set lens Schneider Kreuznach Symmar f=5.6/210 mm respectively f=12/370 mm, serial # 9047020, manufactured in 1965 according to the list at http://www.schneideroptics.com/large/serial.htm. The rear element consists of two cemented lenses, the fungus is between them. The picture was taken with the HP Photosmart just with 20 Watts of tungsten light from my ceiling and slightly enhanced to show the fungus best possible. |
